Lean Manufacturing (3) Prerequisite: Senior standing. Fundamentals of Lean Enterprise. Study of ties to customers and relationship both internal and external to the company. Study of the mechanism of continuous process improvement. Case studies to accomplish value stream analysis and develop a Lean Enterprise improvement plan for student’s own respective operations.
