Profile:
Dr. Fei Wang's
research interest is electronic materials and devices. Her current
research focuses on materials analysis and device structure
improvement of non-volatile memory devices based on chalcogenide
materials. She has over 10 professional publications and a book
chapter focusing on electronics materials. Dr. Fei Wang received
her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of
Cincinnati in year of 2005. She is a member of American Physical
Society and Material Research.
