Theory of microelectronics integrated circuit design, IC fabrication technology, device characterization, modelling, digital and analog simulation tools, physical layout tools, digital standard cell library design, IC digital system designs, I/O pad design, full chip simulation and physical designs. Additional projects required for EE535A.
