The Department is equipped with modern laboratory equipment designed to prepare students for a career as a chemical engineer. Students have an opportunity to use the lab equipment to study the many different processes listed below.

Computer Process Control

Dr. Jang and a ChE use computer process control

Dr. Jang and a ChE student use this state of the art piece of equipment to design control strategies for PID control and advanced control of fluid flow loop, temperature loop, and level loop in this module of automatic process control.
