The Department is equipped with modern laboratory equipment designed to prepare students for a career as a chemical engineer. Students have an opportunity to use the lab equipment to study the many different processes listed.
Students will explore the absorption efficiency of carbon dioxide by water. This is a packed column that allows close contact between a sour gas like carbon dioxide and water.
