The Department is equipped with modern laboratory equipment designed to prepare students for a career as a chemical engineer. Students have an opportunity to use the lab equipment to study the many different processes listed.
Using the Convective Heat Exchange unit, students will analyze the factors governing heat transfer from an extended surface such as fin and pin to air flowing over the surface.
