TI's Application Engineering Program offers a challenging, highly-competitive experience with real customers, real products and real business problems. Here, you'll gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies, participate in job rotations across multiple disciplines, and work with industry experts and customers—what more could you ask for right out of school?

As a program participant, you'll complete multiple rotations in development, customer field engineering, and product applications engineering over a 12-18 month period. These highly-respected rotations offer challenging projects that involve a variety of TI products and technologies, a distinct development curriculum and customized mentoring opportunities.

• Customized mentoring opportunities

• Engineers with excellent communication skills, a balanced level of assertiveness to influence decisions, the competitive edge to win, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build strong, influential relationships inside and outside of TI
• An engineering degree: preferably BSEE, BSCE or BSCS
