Fulcrum, a construction consulting firm looking for project management personnel with 5 -10 years experience in construction management, engineering, or architecture in the Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles, CA area.

Job duties include performing various technical review services such as property condition assessments, plan & cost reviews, construction monitoring services, mid-construction and close-out reviews, 12 month warranty reviews, cost-to-complete analysis, etc.

• Looking for candidates with formal education (i.e. a degree) in construction management, engineering, or architecture
• Preference for candidates with certifications such as AC, CPC, CCM, MRICS, FRICS, etc.
• Preference for candidates with 5-10 years experience in multiple building types including multi-family, mixed-use, commercial office, light industrial, hospitality, etc.
• Must be able to work independently in a fluid, fast paced environment, handling numerous assignments at a time
• Must have excellent communication and report writing skills
