  • Prerequisite: CEM 373
  • Course addresses the principles of design-build project delivery; use of design-build as a project delivery method, focusing on essential concepts and characteristics, as well as critical elements of the RFQ/RFP process and overall project management.
  • (Lecture 1 hour and Activity 2 hours) Letter grade only (A-F).
