429. Advanced Estimating and Bidding (3)
- Prerequisites: CEM 421, 425.
- Concepts/practices in estimate bidding process, from initial project selection to submission of final bids. Considerations in project selection, variables affecting labor productivity, sub-bid analysis, contingency/risk analysis, pricing concepts, bidding models, computer applications. Complete project estimate and bid prepared by student.
- (Lecture 2 hours , Activity 2 hours) Letter grade only (A-F).
