  • Prerequisites: MGMT 300, ENGR 310.
  • Managerial and organizational theory and practice - intro to concepts, methods to analyze and improve performance of operations in construction and service org. Decision-making, problem-solving processes for organization's effectiveness/efficiency managerial performance in planning, implementing, controlling work in construction industry.
  • (Lecture-Discussion 3 hours) Letter grade only (A-F).
