225. Residential and Light Commercial Construction Practices (2)

  • Prerequisites: CEM 130, 130L.
  • Basic skills required to produce construction contract documents conforming to building codes and standards, specification, working drawings, bids, addenda, change orders in residential & light commercial buildings, construction practices - building systems, equipment, materials, techniques, quantities take off. Field trips required.
  • (Seminar 1 hour and Activity 2 hours) Letter grade only (A-F).
