Fall 2012 Latin American Film Series: "Julia, Toda En Mi" ("Julia, All In Me")

Julia, Toda En Mi (Julia, All In Me, 2002), directed by Ivonne Belén, is a poetic journey through the life and work of Puerto Rican poet Julia Burgos. The film’s script is based on a series of letters that Burgos sent to her sister Consuelo during her voluntary exile in New York and Cuba between 1940 and 1953. The film runs 100 minutes and is in Spanish with English subtitles.

Professor Victor Rodriguez (CHLS) will give a presentation at this screening.

Admission is free, and parking is available in Lot 7. Classes and large groups are welcome.
