W e offer several ways to explore the newest topics in Women's Studies. More and more students are choosing to major in the discipline, believing that it provides one of the finest liberal arts degrees available and provides an exemplary training in critical analysis and communication skills. Others decide they want to major in a discipline like History or Film and minor in Women's Studies, in order to give greater depth to a particular area within their major.
Still others believe that both Women's Studies and a course of study like Sociology or Religious Studies will best meet their career plans. They may choose a double or an interdisciplinary major.
Although the Women's Studies Department does not as yet offer a Masters Degree, graduate students may choose to work on a special Masters, combining Women's Studies with a department that offers that option.
