Scholarships

Education is expensive. Tuition rises from year to year. Our students work multiple jobs to put themselves through school. While all students face these costs, some are more seriously challenged by them. You can help us change the world, one student at a time .

We have three scholarship available to our majors:

1. WGSS Single Parent Scholarship
   To apply for this scholarship, students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or junior, be enrolled for the following fall semester, and be a single, custodial parent of at least one child.
2. WGSS Reentry Scholarship
   To apply for this scholarship, students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or junior, be enrolled for the following fall semester, and either have been out of school for five years or be at least 25 years old.
3. WGSS First Generation Scholarship
   To apply for this scholarship, students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or junior, be enrolled for the following fall semester, and be the first person in their immediately family to go to a four year university.
