| Application fee of $200 plus a deposit of $300 are due at the time of the |

| application submission (Deadline: Thur. March 16, 2006) |

*Note that the $200 application fee is non-refundable
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The remainder of the program cost ($2,000) must be paid by Mon. May 1st, 2006 |
|
|
|
|
|
| Payments for both the application fee and the remaining portion can be made directly to the travel agent |
| in Agrigento via credit card with an additional cost of 3.5%. Bank wire transfer is also a payment option. |

| REFUND POLICY |
|
|
|
|
|
| Participants will receive a full refund (minus application fee) when they cancel by May 1st. |
|
| If cancellation is made between May 2nd and May 15th, participant will forfeit 15% of their $2300 refund. |
| If cancellation is made between May 16th and May 31st, participant will forfeit 50% of their $2300 refund. |
| If cancellation is made after May 31st, participant will forfeit their entire refund. |
|
|
| *In all of the above cases, refunds never include the $200 application fee.* |
