Pi Sigma Alpha

Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, is the only honor society for college students of political science and government in the United States. For more information on Pi Sigma Alpha click here. The qualifications for membership in the CSULB Chapter of PI SIGMA ALPHA are:

Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students who meet the requirements below are eligible to apply.

1.         For Juniors and Seniors a minimum of at least four upper division courses (300’s course or higher, total of 12 semester credits) in political science taken at CSULB.  For Graduate Students at least four courses of graduate work are required.  All courses must be completed at time of applying.  In progress courses are not acceptable.

2.         A 3.00 GPA (B average) in Political Science courses taken at CSULB. and a 3.00 overall GPA.
