General Linguistics

The MA in General Linguistics is designed for students who want a broad coverage of basic area in Linguistics, either as a background for teaching at a community college level, as preparation for a Ph.D. program in Linguistics or related areas, or as preparation for applied work in Linguistics and related areas.
