Research Interests

Gary Reichard’s primary research interests are in the areas of recent American political history and executive-congressional relations. He has published two books on politics in the immediate post-World War II era, and is now working on a study of American politics since 1968. A second project underway is a biography of Hubert H. Humphrey.
