After graduating with her Masters degree from CSULB in 2007, Whitney worked for several years as the Human Resources Director for Smith-Cooper International until she took a position with Urban Science as their Human Resources Manager. Quickly following this position, Whitney became Urban Science’s Regional Human Resources Manager. In her current role as a Human Resources Process Manager, Whitney oversees and manages the entire Human Resource department’s projects and processes across the globe. Whitney applies project management principles to HR projects to ensure that they are on time, within budget, and at an acceptable level of quality to meet organization standards. Whitney’s role provides her with the opportunity to collaborate with leaders in multiple offices around the globe, and she has the opportunity to travel on occasion as well. During her tenure at Urban Science, Whitney has travelled to Shanghai, Mexico City, Melbourne, Nashville, Detroit and Madrid. Whitney certainly represents the exciting opportunities possible with the pursuit of education.
