Sport Management Information Session

We invite you to attend a free Webinar Information Session for our Graduate Program in Sport Management!

The information sessions are short presentations by program representatives. During the presentation you are invited to chat with our program representatives and ask questions.

(Webinars are usually held on the first Wednesday of the month, but are subject to change.)

RYAN JODY (LT18) - NAMED DIGITAL SALES AND SERVICE COORDINATOR FOR TURNER SPORTS ILLUSTRATED DIGITAL ADVERTISING

jodyIn December of 2011, Learning Team 18 alumnus Ryan Jody was offered a job in December of 2011 as a Digitial Sales and Service Coordinator for Turner Sports Illustrated Digital Advertising in Century City, CA. He works with a sales team and advertisers on the execution and performance of high impact integrations and sponsorships across SportsIllustrated.com, NBA.com, NASCAR.com, Yahoo! Sports: NBA, Golf, NASCAR, MLB, NCAA.com, March Madness On Demand, PGATour.com, PGA.com, Golf.com, CartoonNetwork.com, AdultSwim, TBS.com and TNT.TV.

Ryan finished the program in August of 2011. Before his new position with Turner Sports, Ryan has worked as a Sales Assistant for TeleRep in Los Angeles which is a TV Advertising Rep Firm that represents TV stations across the nation.

ANGELA LACHICA (LT5) - WOMEN WHO MEAN BUSINESS

A giant congratulations is in order for program alumnus Angela LaChica (LT 5) for being recently chosen as one of the Women Who Mean Business of 2011 by the San Diego Business Journal. This award is very special to Angela as she was nominated by her team and voted on by her peers.

TYLER METZEL (LT 18 ) - EARNS A JOB WITH REAL SALT LAKE

Tyler Metzel, program alumnus of LT 18 has accepted a job with Major League Soccer's Real Salt Lake as a Coporate Services Coordinator. Tyler spent 2 months interviewing with Real Salt Lake before being offered the job.

TOBIAS ROCHAU (LT 21) - OWNER AND CREATOR OF NEW COMPANY GOLDEN GOAL MANAGEMENT

tobyTobias Rochau has created and is part owner of the company Golden Goal Management, which launched its website in November 2011. Toby along with 2 others, a former professional soccer player and soccer agent from Germany and a former professional basketball player and basketball agent in Germany, have started Golden Goal Management.
