Start: Select a counterweight, This is how much weight will be subtractd from your body weight. (Example, you weigh 140 pounds and select 60 pounds. You are now pushing 80 pounds when you do the exercise.) Place knees on the pad and hands on the handles with your shoulders over wrists.

Start

Finish: Lower youself bending your elbows to around 90 degrees, keeping your elbos as close to your body as possible. Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears thoughout the exercise. Return to start position by pushing and extending your elbows.
