CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Fit & Fun:  50 minutes of fitness & fun wrapped into one; 25 minutes of low-intensity cardio and 25 minutes of basic resistance training and flexibility.

Stretch & Balance: 50 minutes of balance training and full-body flexibility exercises to increase joint mobility and stability.

KrankFusion: 50 minutes of full-body interval training using the spin bike and the Krankcycle®.  Cardio, resistance training, and core training all wrapped into one great full-body workout!

KrankCircuit: 50 minutes of cardio, resistance training, and balance/agility training using the Krankcycle® and other small, portable equipment in a circuit style workout.

Building Strength: Build muscle and increase bone density with 50 minutes of resistance training for all major muscle groups using cardio barbells, hand weights, and resistance bands.

Butts & Guts:  50 minutes of moderate to high intensity resistance training to target the major “problem areas”.  This class will utilize body weight, resistance bands, weights, and more to focus on the abdominal, hamstring, and gluteal muscles.  Don’t miss out!

Kickboxing:  50 minutes of jabbing, uppercuts, sidekicks and more in this jam packed cardio workout.

Body Sculpt:  50 minutes of strength training working on all major muscle groups.  If you enjoy consistency and a slower paced resistance training workout this class is for you.

Stretch & Relax:  30 minutes of stretching all the major muscle groups, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation exercises.  If you can’t find the motivation to stretch on your own come join this class to lengthen your muscles and soothe your mind.

Spin & Krank:  50 minutes of training using a Spin bike and the Krankcycle machine.  This full-body cardiovascular workout will leave you feeling empowered and strong.  Don’t know what the Krankcycle is?  Try this new format and find out what your workouts have been missing.

*All group fitness classes will accommodate beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.  Instructors are knowledgeable about modifications and progressions to meet individual needs.
