1. Where on the campus of CSULB is the LifeFit Center located?
The LifeFit Center is located on the lower part of campus in the Kinesiology Building in room 106. It is on the north east side of the building.
2. What are the hours of operation at the LifeFit Center?
Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
As of now we are closed Saturdays and Sundays. As we continue to grow our memberships we look to expand our hours of operation.
3. What is the closest parking to the LifeFit Center?

4. What are the necessary steps to gain membership at the LifeFit Center?
In order to gain membership at the LifeFit Center you must be age 50 or older. You may come in and sign up at the Service Desk in the Kinesiology Building room 106. 6. How much does a membership cost to the LifeFit Center?
The cost of a monthly membership at the LifeFit Center for non-OLLI members is $40 per month. OLLI members receive a $10 discount on their monthly memberships. A yearly membership at the LifeFit Center is $360 paid in full ($120 savings for the year).
7. What are the benefits to a membership at the LifeFit Center?

Free fitness assessments

8. What type of group fitness classes are offered at the LifeFit Center?
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes at the LifeFit Center.
Fit & Fun: 50 minutes of fitness & fun wrapped into one; 25 minutes of low-intensity cardio and 25 minutes of basic resistance training and flexibility.
Stretch & Balance: 50 minutes of balance training and full-body flexibility exercises to increase joint mobility and stability.
KrankFusion: 50 minutes of full-body interval training using the spin bike and the Krankcycle®. Cardio, resistance training, and core training all wrapped into one great full-body workout!
KrankCircuit: 50 minutes of cardio, resistance training, and balance/agility training using the Krankcycle® and other small, portable equipment in a circuit style workout.
Building Strength: Build muscle and increase bone density with 50 minutes of resistance training for all major muscle groups using cardio barbells, hand weights, and resistance bands.
Spin & Krank: 50 minutes of training using a Spin bike and the Krankcycle machine. This full-body cardiovascular workout will leave you feeling empowered and strong. Don’t know what the Krankcycle is? Try this new format and find out what your workouts have been missing.
Flexibility, Mindfulness, & Gratitude: Enjoy 30 minutes of stretching while performing mindfulness and gratitude meditations that will center and rejuvenate you.
Aqua Fitness: 50 minutes of shallow water exercises out in the sun at the CSULB Pool. Please bring any floatation devices you would like to use as well as sun screen and protective sun gear.
*All group fitness classes will accommodate beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants, Instructors will be trained on how to modify and progress exercises to meet individual needs.
