LifeFit Center @ The Beach has a beautifully newly renovated 17,000 square foot facility. The largest room at the LifeFit Center is our Fitness Floor, which is 7,000 square feet itself.
On the Fitness Floor the LifeFit Center has over 30 pieces of cardio equipment, ranging from: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stationary Bikes, Rowing Ergometers, and Krankcycles.
One of the many unique and great things about the LifeFit Center @ The Beach is our Fitness Floor Supervisors. During the day the LifeFit Center offers Fitness Floor Supervision by Certified Fitness Professionals. These Fitness Floor Supervisors are at the LifeFit Center to help members working out with help on the resistance and cardio equipment, or spotting assistance. They can help answer questions members may have about particular machines or how to work particular areas of the body. The Fitness Floor Supervisors are also part of our Personal Training Crew.
