Biographical Information

After extensive work with The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), The American Civil Liberties Union of Eastern Missouri and Covenant House California, Professor Crutchfield joined the CSULB Department of Social Work to utilize her concentrations in Social and Economic Development and Youth Programs to enhance the Inter-University Consortium program at CSULB.  Rashida's work in intercultural dialogue and facilitation, group and community organizing and conflict resolution, and nonprofit management in youth development augment the community partner programs with MSW interns and in courses on Community Projects.
