Biographical Information

Dr. Jeffrey Koob teaches clinical practice courses in the Department of Social Work.  He worked and trained with Steve de Shazer and Insoo Berg, the developers of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, at Brief Family Therapy Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Dr. Koob developed Solution-Focused Supervision.  He currently practices, teaches, and evaluates the effectiveness of Solution-Focused Therapy and Supervision.
