Reflections: Narratives of Professional Helping

WRITING INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMISSIONS

Manuscripts are peer reviewed. Articles appropriate to the journal's purpose are reviewed by members of the Executive and Editorial Boards. Narratives are accepted based on their contribution to practice knowledge. Publication decisions take about three months.

  1. Authors are expected to use APA format.
  2. Manuscript length depends upon the temporal sequence of the event.
  3. Include a brief abstract written in the same style as the narrative.
  4. Place identifying information, such as name, affiliation, address, phone and fax only on the cover page.
  5. Send three (3) printed, double spaced hard copies of the manuscript, set in 12 point Times New Roman to the editor.
