As Presidents of California State University of Long Beach's Social Work Alumni group (otherwise known as SWAG), we are pleased to extend a warm welcome to you and congratulations in becoming part of the Social Work Department Family. Naturally, we are proud of our social work department, as many professionals and leaders within our communities have walked CSULB's halls, prior to achieving their vocational goals. As prior students of CSULB, we look back on our times spent with the social work program with fondness. The potential of forming life long friendships is one of the many benefits and life changing experiences that you will encounter. For this and many other reasons, the alumni group has historically remained dedicated in maintaining our fellowship, fostering support and servicing our alumni. We look forward to your successful completion of your social work aspirations and that you continue the CSULB social work spirit by joining us at our many events.
