FALL 2010 APPLICANTS: Please read each item carefully!

The department application will be available on October 1, 2009.

The MSW application deadline for the two- and three-year program has changed from the second Friday in April to March 1st.
The Department receives applications to the graduate program from October 1through March 1.
Only complete applications are reviewed. A complete application includes the application, calculation of work experience hours, personal statement, three reference forms (letters can be attached), and original transcripts. Order two sets of transcripts, one for the Department and one for Enrollment Services. Only include one set for the Department with your application. Incomplete applications are returned via mail.

The admissions office will retain application material from the fall 2009 applicant pool. To reapply for Fall 2009 be sure to do the following:

Submit a request in writing that states your intention to reapply for Fall 2010. We will retain your previous application folder upon receipt of your request, otherwise files are recycled by the end of the fall semester.
Complete a Fall 2010 Department application and submit it to the admissions unit with any other material that you would like to update in your application packet (i.e. personal statement or reference letter(s).
Submit a Fall 2010 university application to CSULB Enrollment Services. Submit required documentation to the university.
