Therese Pekala has been a trainer/consultant with the CWTC for 16 years. She specializes in working with the newly hired Children's Social Workers (CSWs) as a trainer and facilitator of core academies. Ms. Pekala has developed and presents curriculum on Motivational Interviewing and Emotional Abuse. She was also an active participant in the development of state-wide curriculum for CSWs.
