Monica Malin, MSW, has been with the Child Welfare Training Centre since 1995. In her position as trainer , Monica is responsible for the development and presentation of in-service training to child welfare workers at the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services. Ms. Malin also provides training for the Inter-University Consortium in the Child Welfare Core Academy for newly hired child welfare workers in LA County and LA County Public Health Nurses. Ms. Malin is a certified trainer for the Child Welfare Services/ Case Management System, a statewide computer system designed for child protective services. Monica has trained throughout California and made presentations at several national and state conferences.
