Julie O'Donnell is a professor in the Department of Social Work and has served as the Director of Research at the Child Welfare Training Centre since 1992. In addition to her ongoing evaluation work on the CSULB-IUC intern units, she has also done research on the training and retention of MSW Title-IV interns and on training preferences among child welfare workers and supervisors.
