Chuck Hulsey joined the Child Welfare Training Centre in 2001. Mr. Hulsey coordinates training provided by the CWTC to Los Angeles County, Department of Children and Family Services social workers and supervisors. He is responsible for scheduling, registration and attendance activities; entry of all training related and evaluation data; production of training materials; and oversees the day-to-day office management of the Centre.
