To apply to the BASW program for Fall 2012 submit a CSU application to University Enrollment Services before November 30, 2011. Apply online at http://www.csumentor.edu/AdmissionApp/. A separate School of Social Work application must be submitted to the School's admissions office.

RSVPs are not required. The information meeting schedule is subject to change, so be sure to watch this web site page for changes.
Purchase parking passes to park on campus. Visit http://daf.csulb.edu/maps/ to obtain campus maps and directions to CSULB.
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the information meeting begins to allow time to park and walk to the information meeting. Child care is not available.
