To download the application, you must choose to download the files in either Microsoft Word or a PDF format. 
You must use Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files, thereafter you may print the files to attain a hard copy. It is recommended that you use Acrobat Reader 4.0 or a later version.
