BRN and NCLEX Instructions:

May 2013 Graduates-BRN Paperwork: Bring all these forms to Room 8 by April 12, 2013. If you have any questions, please call 562-985-2201.

We have used one of two programs to create the documents below. There are free browser plug-ins and viewers so that you can view the document, even though you do not have the program yourself. To read a "PDF" file, use the free Adobe® Reader® software. To read a "DOC" file, use the free Microsoft® Word Viewer software.

Program Specific Documents

Entry Level BSN/MSN Program: (NRSGBS04)

The next scheduled funding for this program is Fall 2016.

Basic Program (NRSGBS01U1 & NRSGBS1A1)

Spring 2014: We accept the Nursing Supplemental from August 1 to September 1, 2013. Transfer students will be required to apply to the CSULB via csumentor.edu between August 1 and August 31, 2013. CSULB Enrollment Services will request a CSULB supplemental application from well qualifed applicants. Therefore, transfer students will be required to submit the CSULB application, the CSULB supplemental application and the School of Nursing application by the deadlines.

Registered Nurse Pathway (NRSGBS02U1 & NRSGBS02A1)

If you did not apply to CSUmentor.edu by 11-30-12, you are not eligible for Fall 2013 consideration. The next possible admissions will be for Spring 2014. We will begin taking applications after 8-1-13.

Please note: ADN/RN students with a BS/BA degree in another field can be admitted to earn a BSN degree from CSULB. or you can apply for any of the MSN degree programs and complete the necessary prerequisites (BSN courses) prior to starting the MSN. Please attend the MSN Information sessions or contact Alison, Graduate Info specialist (562-985-8379) for more information and to discuss your options.
