About FACES
The Financial Advising, Counseling and Educational Services (FACES) is a free service to all CSULB students.
FACES offers free counseling for students who are concerned about personal financial issues or simply want information regarding personal finances. If you have questions about your personal finances, please call for an appointment.
FACES provides a non-judgmental environment of counseling and education to enable CSULB students to make sound financial decisions while meeting the challenges associated with gaining financial independence.

FACES Counseling & Appointment Information
Counseling is held on Mondays and by appoinmtent only. Counseling is held in the Career Development Center of Brotman Hall (BH - 250).
Call 1- 877-716-2227 for an appointment and specify CSULB as the location.
Certified financial counselors are provided by the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Orange County (CCCSOC). An accredited, non-profit community service organization, CCCSOC is dedicated to assisting people achieve financial stability through education and counseling.

The FACES credentialed counselors are provided by the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Orange County (CCCSOC). CCCSOC is a non-profit, community service organization dedicated to assisting people achieve financial stability through education and counseling.
CCCSOC is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), an accrediting organization that ensures compliance for the best practice standards.
