Statement of Professional Engagement:

Dr. Torres serves 25 years as a federal probation officer, developing both practical skills and professional contacts that have allowed him to serve in a variety of administrative positions within the Department of Criminal Justice ranging from former chairperson to currently serving as the Undergraduate Advisor, the Director of the Accelerated Master's degree program, and the Director of the Department's certificate programs in applied forensic studies and high-tech crime.
