This course has been totally reconstructed and is being offered in modular format*. It remains a mandated course for newly promoted police middle managers (Lieutenants) and is available to others performing management work with prior approval from POST.
The course will concentrate on the following subjects:
No tuition is required for P.O.S.T. reimbursable agencies. Civilian police managers may attend this course with approval from P.O.S.T. Please bring TRRs for each module.
*Each participant must complete all three modules (module A, module B, and module C) to receive credit for the course. Once a course start date is selected for module A, then the subsequent module dates must be adhered to for modules B & C.
