AARC Appointment Policies

Late Appointments

  • Students with ½ hour appointments have a 5 minute grace period to arrive for their appointments.  After 5 minutes, students will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Cancellations

  • If you cannot attend your appointment, we ask that you call our center at (562) 985-2691 and cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.

No-Shows

  • If you miss your appointment, your advisor will be notified and a note will be placed in your file.  If you cannot attend your appointment, please call our center at (562) 985-2691.
