Appointment Policies
Late Appointments
- Students have a five (5) minute grace period to arrive for their appointments. After five (5) minutes, students will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our center at (562) 985-2691 as soon as possible to cancel and/or reschedule.
No-Shows
- If you miss your appointment, you will be unable to reschedule your appointment. Instead, you may visit the AARC during our quick question time to speak with an advisor.
