The Academic Advising & Resource Center (AARC) provides both general education and major academic advising to currently matriculated undergraduate students in all of the CHHS disciplines: Communicative Disorders, Criminal Justice, Family & Consumer Sciences, Health Care Administration, Health Science, Kinesiology, Nursing, Recreation & Leisure Studies, and Social Work.

CSULB requires all freshmen to receive academic advising in their fall semester in order to register for their second semester (spring term). If you do not receive academic advising during the fall semester, your registration hold will not be lifted.
