Jane Roeder

Jane Roeder serves as Managing Director for the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership at California State University, Long Beach. She is responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, program implementation, event planning, and fundraising for the center.

Previously, Jane served as Executive Director of Leadership Long Beach, demonstrating visionary leadership that moved the organization to international prominence and acclaim. She is a graduate of the Leadership Long Beach Class of 1996.

Jane earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees at UCLA. She completed a Professional Coaching and Mentoring Certificate program at CSULB and is currently enrolled in a Somatic Coaching Certificate program at Strozzi Institute. An active community volunteer for most of her life, Jane currently is a member of the Rotary Club of Long Beach, Junior League of Long Beach, and Long Beach Branch of NAACP.
