Faculty Associates

The Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership is an interdisciplinary center that is housed in the College of Business Administration.

To be regarded as a Faculty Associate of the Ukleja Center, each faculty associate commits to the infusion of a business ethics module into his/her courses (equivalent to at least three hours of instruction during the semester) and research on ethical issues in his/her discipline (resulting in at least one refereed journal article on the subject in a three-year period). Further, the faculty member must be willing to deliver the above expectations within the constraints of resources available to the College (i.e., with very minimal additional financial support from the College).
