Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program helps new CSULB business students (freshmen and transfers) to connect to the university and to the College of Business Administration students and resources. The program is a Fall semester commitment and it aims to provide support and guidance as new students assimilate into the community through social, academic support and leadership development activities.

Fall Semester
The fall semester kicks off with Teamwork and continues with workshops and SCPD major events including the SCPD Kick Off and the Holiday Mixer.
Teamwork Retreat
October
A three-day, two night retreat in Big Bear in collaboration with the Student Life and Development (SLD) Office. The retreat offers an exceptional opportunity for new students to get to know other students on campus.
Spring Semester
The Spring semester includes social gatherings, professional development workshops, the SCPD Book Drive and the SCPD Awards Banquet.
