The annual College of Business Administration (CBA) New Student Welcome event welcomed (100) new business freshman and transfer students to meet faculty, staff, and other CBA students. They also meet other departments such as the Business Advising Center, Career Development Center, and the Student Center for Professional Development, internships, and other college programs and services. Student clubs and organizational representatives were on hand to share how new business students can get involved in activities for career building and networking.

The new business students were the second group to participate in the CBA Pinning Ceremony. This is a new tradition of first year and transfer students being “pinned” as CBA students and then accepting a commitment pledge for a successful academic experience leading to graduation.
