Locher Scholarship in Human Resources Management
Amount/Award: $2,500. (one available)
Criteria:
- Must be a first or second semester junior.
- Must be a business major with a Human Resources Management concentration or minor.
- Must be enrolled in at least 12 units each semester and be making normal progress toward a degree.
- Must have financial need.
Please submit the following documents to the Center for Scholarship Information (USU-238) in addition to completing the online application form:
- Unofficial transcripts from MyCSULB; if previous academic information is not listed please provide an official transcript from those universities.
- A typewritten statement explaining how this scholarship will assist you in completing your degree at CSULB (2 pages, double-spaced, 12pt font).
- Copy of 2009-2010 Financial Aid Award Summary from MyCSULB
- Current résumé.
- One or two letters of recommendation (at least one from an HRM professor).
- Previous winners of this award must ask to have it renewed and provide a current transcript.
