March 8 - Deadline The deadline for submission of scholarship is Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.. Please submit the required documents to the Center for Scholarship Information (USU-238) in addition to completing the online application.

I certify that I have not had a disciplinary sanction imposed against me while enrolled at CSULB.
I affirm the information provided on this application is true and accurate. I understand I may be disqualified if I provide false or misleading information on my application. I understand that my signature allows the administrators to access information such as academic records and use my essay/picture for public purposes.
