I am a Professor of Finance and have been teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses, primarily in the area of Financial Management. I have published 19 research papers in referred academic journals. I had served on the Board of Reviewers for Journal of Business Research for 7 years.

Teaching Interests: Business Finance, Investments.

Research Interests: Insider Trading, Executive Compensation, Investments, International Finance.
